Little Leaf Farms is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of related work experience in digital marketing, communications, e-commerce, or social media. This individual will manage all of Little Leaf Farms’ digital properties, ecommerce channels, and digital components of brand campaigns.

This individual will have strong attention to detail and the ability to think ahead and prioritize tasks. They should be comfortable with reporting and explaining results in building social media channels and communities, developing and managing campaigns, creating web content, working with CMS and e-commerce platforms, implementing and analyzing paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and understanding and delivering analytics. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing

  • Day-to-day community management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Twitter.

  • Email marketing and audience management on Mailchimp

  • Assist with consumer relations and insights through Facebook groups and Mailchimp 

  • Develop and support audience growth goals across all social media channels and email marketing 

  • Contribute to planning and content creation to support brand and social media strategy

  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of social media initiatives

  • Social media monitoring for customer service inquiries and influencer opportunities

  • Monitor content trends in social media

  • Work with agencies to provide recommendations to improve SEO and execute SEO writing

  • Work with agencies to provide recommendations for paid advertising strategies for retail and ecommerce: display, SEM, video ads, social media ads, etc.

E-commerce:

  • Manage brand presence on e-commerce channels, such as Instacart, AmazonFresh, and Walmart Connect 

  • Develop and execute online promotions

  • Identify and manage onboarding process for any new e-commerce opportunities

  • Identify and manage growth opportunities within existing e-commerce channels

Reporting & analytics:

  • Create & provide weekly reporting on social media activity to inform content strategy 

  • Create & provide monthly reporting on campaign initiatives, website performance, digital ad performance, and ecommerce performance to inform business decisions

Website management:

  • Work with agencies to manage website content updates (recipes, creative assets, copywriting, FAQ, etc)

  • Manage google analytics and advertising reporting 

General support:

  • Facilitate work with agencies contributing to digital marketing activities

  • Manage budget for digital advertising and e-commerce 

  • Manage brand presence on retailer websites 

  • Manage digital coupon program 

  • Assist with key marketing and product initiatives

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

  • Three to five years of relevant work experience

  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, analytics and online tracking and monitoring tools

  • Passion for social media, communication, and community building

  • Flair for content creation with demonstrated experience including copywriting and providing creative direction

  • Prior experience with company pages and ad spending

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams

  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize

  • Strong communication skills, including oral and written formats that are audience appropriate

  • Flexible and adaptable work style

  • Reliable transportation, ability to work at the Devens, MA office 1 day per week 

Our ideal candidate has: 

  • Interest in and working knowledge of the food and/or CPG industry

  • Experience with Google Analytics 

  • Experience with SEO and SEM

  • Experience with e-commerce grocery platforms such as Amazon Fresh, Instacart, and Walmart Connect

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM applications

  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, and Final Cut Pro

  • Agency experience
